Sr. Product Manager (Core)

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager (Core) to join our team at Tinder.

In this role, you will

  • Lead the strategy and execution of the Core Profile roadmap.
  • Develop strategies for relevant profile content to enhance user expression.
  • Build infrastructure to facilitate new connections.
  • Collaborate with teams across engineering, machine learning, data science, and design.
  • Define user-facing features and deliver best-in-class experiences.
  • Balance stakeholder inputs with user and business needs.
  • Gather insights from research and data analysis for decision making.

You will need

  • A minimum of 5+ years in product management at a high growth tech company.
  • Strong product intuition and UX design sensibilities.
  • Working knowledge of design tools like Figma.
  • Experience launching impactful product features across platforms.
  • Ability to define metrics and analyze data for product decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with ML/AI teams.
