In this role, you will

• Contribute to the vision, strategy and roadmap for Outreach Engage
• Execute on the roadmap in a quarterly release cadence
• Lead product discovery and roadmap sessions with customers and key stakeholders
• Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and analytics teams to develop and ship features and products that provide real value to customers
• Define and own the core metrics to measure the adoption, usage, and impact of optimization experiences
• Partner with product marketing, customer success and sales to share the work with customers

You will need

• 5+ years of product experience with proven track record of launching and growing technology products
• Ability to define long-term product strategy and drive impact on short-term product goals
• Strong analytical ability and prior experience with building business cases, data analysis, and problem-solving
• Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers
• Deep user empathy, understanding of customer needs, and strong motivation to tackle their problems
• Experience working with designers to provide elegant solutions
• Strong skills around cross-functional collaboration, influence, and communication
• Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
