Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Engage) to join our team in Prague, Czechia.In this role, you will
- Contribute to the vision, strategy and roadmap for Outreach Engage
- Execute on the roadmap in a quarterly release cadence
- Lead product discovery and roadmap sessions with customers and key stakeholders
- Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and analytics teams to develop and ship features and products that provide real value to customers
- Define and own the core metrics to measure the adoption, usage, and impact of optimization experiences
- Partner with product marketing, customer success and sales to share the work with customers
You will need
- 5+ years of product experience with proven track record of launching and growing technology products
- Ability to define long-term product strategy and drive impact on short-term product goals
- Strong analytical ability and prior experience with building business cases, data analysis, and problem-solving
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers
- Deep user empathy, understanding of customer needs, and strong motivation to tackle their problems
- Experience working with designers to provide elegant solutions
- Strong skills around cross-functional collaboration, influence, and communication
- Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
