In this role, you will
- Develop new products and features to drive business growth and reduce churn.
- Analyze growth ideas and obtain team buy-in for prioritization.
- Drive enhancements to boost user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Design and oversee A/B tests to validate growth strategies.
- Utilize data to uncover opportunities and monitor KPIs.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to steer growth initiatives.
- Advocate for user-centric product development by understanding customer needs.
You will need
- 3+ years of experience in a growth capacity and 5+ years in product management in an enterprise or B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills using data to validate assumptions.
- High customer empathy and adaptability to changing conditions.
- Proven track record of delivering successful software products.
- Strong communication skills.
