In this role, you will
- Set out the vision and roadmap for Risk at Motive.
- Drive group alignment around product features to efficiently execute the risk roadmap.
- Develop metrics, requirements, goals, and features for stakeholders.
- Create product documentation including requirement docs, wireframes, and process flows.
- Partner with business leaders on executing the digital strategy and product roadmap.
You will need
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Domain expertise in payments and risk.
- High customer empathy and adaptability to change.
- Proven track record in delivering successful software products.
- Data-driven mindset; using metrics to support decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills working with diverse personalities.
- Technical knowledge to engage effectively with engineers.
- Experience with remote/offshore teams.
- Proficient in agile product development.
- Familiarity with data structures, SQL, and reporting.
