Senior Product Manager

In this role, you will

• Manage our product roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize developments.
• Frame up problems and articulate the reasons behind them to guide engineers and designers.
• Conduct research and analysis, including user interviews and market research.
• Collaborate asynchronously, focusing on writing instead of meetings.
• Help drive decisions inclusively among team members.
• Report on the impact of shipped features.

You will need

• 6+ years of experience in building and shipping web applications.
• 2+ years as a Product Manager in a growth-stage startup.
• The ability to translate a long-term strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Good management of uncertainty and the ability to make informed decisions.
• Empathy for users and exceptional communication skills.
• Alight touch and team-first mentality.
• Strong written communication skills.
• The ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives.
