In this role, you will
- Support the end-to-end experience for customers and merchants.
- Design, build, innovate, and launch new capabilities in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Prioritize Canada Product Roadmap and lead delivery of enhancements.
- Ideate new revenue opportunities and create business cases.
- Conduct market research and analyze user journeys.
- Communicate data-driven prioritization to stakeholders.
You will need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in payments or fintech.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with qualitative/quantitative methodologies.
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and e-commerce practices.
