Staff Product Manager, Kong Gateway Control Plane

In this role, you will

• Work with Design and Engineering to build the best Control Plane for Kong Gateway and Konnect.
• Build a data-informed product roadmap, defining priorities, and overseeing customer success.
• Engage directly with customers to ensure their success with current features and gather feedback on proposed items.
• Craft and implement go-to-market strategies, including field enablement and community feedback.
• Act as a technical advocate, delivering presentations on Kong’s API management capabilities.

You will need

• 4+ years of software product management experience on complex technical products.
• Hands-on ability to debug technical products such as Kong and Konnect.
• Strong knowledge of API management and creating effective Control Planes.
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Adaptability within a fast-paced technology landscape.
