In this role, you will
- Own the vision and roadmap for Webflowβs visual development capabilities, including variables and interactions.
- Drive the next generation of Webflow Interactions using the GSAP library.
- Bring user insights into the product development process.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams.
- Balance UX details while unlocking new capabilities.
- Prioritize key areas across a large surface area.
You will need
- 7+ years in product management or design.
- Experience with frontend web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ability to articulate a bold vision and influence cross-departmentally.
- Lead through collaboration and foster a strong team culture.
