In this role, you will
- Own and implement a digital product strategy for your team, co-leading product development efforts.
- Translate business objectives into actionable product plans and metrics.
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships from executives to individual contributors.
- Collaborate across departments and ensure the timely delivery of projects.
- Champion user-centered design by incorporating research, feedback, and data.
- Stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation in products.
You will need
- 4+ years of product management experience with proven success in digital engagement.
- Strong business acumen to align product work with company strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Impact orientation with a focus on outcomes and evidence-based decision-making.
- Familiarity with full-stack web applications and agility principles.
- A passion for Opheliaβs mission and some healthcare or telehealth experience is preferred.
