In this role, you will
- Connect with teams large and small. Listen, learn, and loop their feedback right back into our product work.
- Create and deliver a roadmap for the βBuildβ team that is comprised of high impact features which vastly improve the efficiency of building, testing and deploying data pipelines.
- Develop your own unique point of view about where data engineering and data platforms are evolving.
- Lead by collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and the executive team to drive customer growth and engagement with Dagster.
You will need
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- 2+ years of prior experience as a data engineer, analytics engineer, data scientist, or software engineer with prior experience writing data pipelines.
- Effective intuition and product sense.
- Experience leading product development by coordinating efforts of cross functional teams.
- Ability to identify customer needs and translate to product requirements.
- Confident written communicator who is comfortable taking a point of view.
