In this role, you will
- Drive the evolution of Zapierβs multi-product purchasing experience from MVP to a scalable platform.
- Collaborate with New Products teams to integrate new offerings into the purchasing experience.
- Champion the voice of the customer to enhance self-serve buying and experience.
- Own business outcomes by engaging cross-functionally to promote product adoption.
- Optimize the Product Catalog Platform and ensure seamless feature implementations.
You will need
- 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on shopping experiences for product suites.
- Strong background in strategic leadership and customer empathy.
- Experience with iterative development and mastering EPD-style collaboration.
- Ability to leverage engineering for innovation and tackle business challenges effectively.
