We are looking for a Director of Product Management - Growth to lead the charge on product-led growth strategies at 1Password.
In this role, you will
- Drive product adoption through experimentation and optimizing onboarding processes.
- Lead initiatives that increase revenue through product-led growth strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on growth opportunities.
- Establish frameworks for rapid experimentation and validate growth strategies.
- Champion user needs to foster frictionless product experiences.
You will need
- 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in growth roles.
- Experience with A/B testing and understanding product-led growth.
- Knowledge of Identity Access Management and modern authentication.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data.
- Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills.
