In this role, you will
- Conduct market and user research to understand sales workflows and POS systems.
- Develop an innovative product strategy for the 'Sales' domain.
- Drive the product roadmap and prioritize features related to sales functionalities.
- Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to define product requirements.
- Monitor key performance metrics like sales efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Communicate the product vision and results to stakeholders.
You will need
- 5+ years of product management experience in a scale-up B2B SaaS company or related industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively.
- A passion for user experience and customer needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience with software products in sales or checkout workflows.
- Agile experience is a plus.
