We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (POS) to join Fresha, the leading marketplace platform for beauty & wellness.

In this role, you will

  • Conduct market and user research to understand sales workflows and POS systems.
  • Develop an innovative product strategy for the 'Sales' domain.
  • Drive the product roadmap and prioritize features related to sales functionalities.
  • Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to define product requirements.
  • Monitor key performance metrics like sales efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Communicate the product vision and results to stakeholders.

You will need

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a scale-up B2B SaaS company or related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively.
  • A passion for user experience and customer needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience with software products in sales or checkout workflows.
  • Agile experience is a plus.
