In this role, you will
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to craft exceptional product experiences.
- Lead projects from concept to implementation, designing user-friendly solutions.
- Understand customer needs and advocate for their jobs-to-be-done.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive product alignment.
- Act as a technical advocate for Kong Konnect’s API management platform.
You will need
- 8+ years of experience in engineering, especially in developer tools or SaaS.
- 1-2 years of experience in software/infrastructure engineering.
- 2 years of proven Product Management experience.
- Experience with production-level APIs and SDKs.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
