As an Associate Product Manager at LevelTen Energy, you will play a key role in supporting the development and enhancement of our platform and tools, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive business goals. This role is ideal for someone with 1โ3 years of product management experience who is eager to grow their skills in a mission-driven company.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior product managers to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify customer pain points and opportunities for innovation.
- Write clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. This includes:
- Capturing the full scope of customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define the 'what' and 'why' behind features.
- Breaking down complex ideas into actionable tasks for development teams.
- Maintaining a well-organized backlog that reflects both current priorities and long-term vision.
- Ensuring all documentation serves as a reliable guide for engineering and QA teams throughout the development process.
- Work with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize and deliver features on time and within scope.
- Support user testing efforts by gathering insights and feedback to refine and improve product offerings.
- Analyze product performance using metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Communicate product updates and progress effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 1โ3 years of experience in product management or a related role.
- Proven ability to translate customer and business needs into actionable product documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar is a plus.
- Start-up experience is preferred, especially in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is highly desirable.
