Responsibilities
- Feature Grooming – Review requirements and complete an informative analysis of findings.
- Manage sprint goals – Draft and distribute sprint plans well in advance.
- Answer questions and troubleshoot issues, resolve impediments throughout the sprints.
- Practice customer-centric development – Work with stakeholders to understand their unique needs.
- Agile Management – Run daily rituals like scrum, backlog grooming, planning, and retrospectives.
- Track and communicate progress – Measure performance for presentation to all stakeholders.
- Change Management – Monitor the progress and invoke the change management process.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree required, Masters in Engineering is preferred or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in software Security.
- Hands-on with databases and experience with programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.
- Experience with web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
- Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix platforms.
- Experience with Agile Product Management methods.
- Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization.
- Ability to translate complex problems and ideas into easily understood descriptions.
- Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP) and Secret Management or Vaulting Services.
- Experience in Unix Shell / Perl / Python.
- Familiarity with one of the public cloud platforms – AWS or Azure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Passion for managing products and driving results.
- Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvements.
