Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
Lead cross-functional teams to bring new products to market, working closely with engineering, design, research, operations, finance, and policy teams.
Use data and customer insights to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive decision-making.
Write detailed product requirements and gain consensus among stakeholders.
Oversee execution and delivery, ensuring high-quality implementation and successful product launches.
Continuously improve products in the field, addressing key challenges for customers and internal teams.
Engage in technical discussions, understanding trade-offs across hardware, software, firmware, and power systems.
Identify broader business and organizational challenges and create durable solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.

About You

10+ years experience as a technical leader and/or Product Manager with experience dealing directly with hardware or firmware product development.
Passionate about Lime's mission and micromobility.
Empathetic with demonstrated ability to understand your customer.
Intellectually honest and willing to solve problems.
Owner’s mindset, self-starter.
Insight-led and data optimized.
Drives clarity and brings direction through ambiguity.
Ability to operate at all levels, from C-suite to technical teams.
