Role
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our gaming portfolio, aligning with company goals and player needs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including game design, development, marketing, and analytics, to deliver innovative and engaging gaming experiences
- Analyze market trends, player behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Monitor product performance through key metrics, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize game features and mechanics
- Conceptualize, design, and prioritize game features that align with the gameโs vision and business objectives
- Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Profile
- 4+ years proven experience in product management in the gaming or interactive entertainment industry
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of product managers.
- Strong understanding of game development processes, models, and live operations (LiveOps)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations and behaviors
- Familiarity with live ops, monetization strategies, and free-to-play game mechanics is a plus
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Monday, or similar project management software
- Experience working on mobile or free-to-play games
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high attention to detail
- Adapts well to a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills; able to explain the โwhyโ to align the team with the product vision
- Problem solver and a creative thinker who can provide insightful and innovative solutions to any problem
