What You will Do
- You'll own our customers' post-purchase journey, ensuring they can easily manage prescriptions, track health progress, and access resources through our app.
- Work with marketing and design teams, you'll create an intuitive experience that keeps customers engaged and successful in their health journey.
- When we launch new products - from prescriptions to lab tests - you'll ensure the app experience supports them seamlessly.
- You will be our customers' biggest advocate, using data and feedback to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze behavior patterns and conducting user research.
- You will identify pain points and opportunities to make our experience even better.
- You will shape our product roadmap based on customer insights and collaborate across teams to deliver features that meaningfully impact our key metrics.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience at fast-growing ecommerce or consumer health focused startups.
- Proven track record in mobile apps and customer retention and can demonstrate your impact in these areas.
- Passionate about user experience and comfortable working with designers to create intuitive flows that feel natural and effortless.
- Data driven decision making with experience in A/B testing and user research.
- Technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and troubleshoot when needed.
- Strong project management skills are essential, particularly in agile environments where you'll be coordinating multiple launches and keeping teams aligned on priorities.
