Together we are responsible for supporting all global business units to achieve corporate objectives.

In this role, you will

  • Lead the full, end-to-end global implementation of a S2P platform, including but not limited to purchasing, invoicing, e-sourcing, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all global Epic business units, collaborating to define and deliver against business requirements.
  • Own and manage Epicโ€™s S2P platform, leveraging it to improve S2P process efficiency, controllership, and customer/user experience.
  • Work with leadership to define efficient ways to support the ever-growing needs of Epicโ€™s Procurement team, including innovative approaches to scale Procurementโ€™s support as Epic grows.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years' experience in product management, program management, or procurement.
  • Experience implementing and managing procurement-focused tools and processes on a global scale. Prior Coupa experience is a plus (but not required).
  • Strong procurement and S2P background with demonstrated experience in these domains.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment and to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
