Upon completion of the implementation, you will serve as the global product owner for the S2P platform. The ideal candidate will be adept at earning trust with organizational leaders and business partners, motivated by solving difficult and ambiguous problems, passionate about technology and process improvement, and acutely focused on customer experience.

In this role, you will

  • Lead the full, end-to-end global implementation of a S2P platform, including but not limited to purchasing, invoicing, e-sourcing, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all global Epic business units, collaborating to define and deliver against business requirements.
  • Own and manage Epicโ€™s S2P platform, leveraging it to improve S2P process efficiency, controllership, and customer/user experience.
  • Work with leadership to define efficient ways to support the ever-growing needs of Epicโ€™s Procurement team, including innovative approaches to scale Procurementโ€™s support as Epic grows.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years' experience in product management, program management, or procurement.
  • Experience implementing and managing procurement-focused tools and processes on a global scale. Prior Coupa experience is a plus (but not required).
  • Strong procurement and S2P background with demonstrated experience in these domains.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment and to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

This role is open to multiple locations (including CA, NYC, and WA).
