About This Role
We're looking for the first Product Manager to join our team to take on significant responsibility and ownership in building a product that can fundamentally change the lives of home service professionals.
The role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer and co-founder, creating an environment to learn quickly, take on outsized responsibility, and make a large impact. The role is an in-person role located in Boston, MA.
โก What you'll do
- Develop strong understanding of and empathy for home service SMBs and homeowners
- Use quantitative and qualitative data and insights to identify key problems and pain points for home service SMBs using quantitative and qualitative data and develop creative product solutions
- Execute a development plan with your engineering and design partners to deliver a simple and delightful user experience
- Prioritize a product backlog, create and maintain an opportunity backlog, write product requirements, user stories, and product specs
- Drive purpose and clarity for your team, stakeholders, and leadership through strong written and verbal communication
- Set ambitious goals and use your creativity to exceed them
๐ฏ What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager preferably in SaaS, serving SMBs, or internal tools
- Demonstrate experience collaborating with multiple functional areas such as Engineering, UI/UX, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing
- Problem-solving and design-thinking skills to accurately capture user needs and translate those into product features
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills

$100,000 - $120,000 a year
