Responsibilities

  • Craft a compelling vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Rally cross-functional teams around the product vision.
  • Define product requirements and work closely with designers and engineers.
  • Own both quantitative and qualitative research for your product area.
  • Build & utilize data (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Manage final stages of the product development life cycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a customer-facing b2b product.
  • Understanding of B2B and/or SaaS business.
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments.
  • Ability to develop product roadmaps.
  • Experience leveraging data for product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable with failure.
  • Excellent documentation skills.

  • Experience with self-serve SaaS products.
