Responsibilities
- Craft a compelling vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape the product strategy and roadmap.
- Rally cross-functional teams around the product vision.
- Define product requirements and work closely with designers and engineers.
- Own both quantitative and qualitative research for your product area.
- Build & utilize data (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Manage final stages of the product development life cycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with a customer-facing b2b product.
- Understanding of B2B and/or SaaS business.
- Experience in high-growth startup environments.
- Ability to develop product roadmaps.
- Experience leveraging data for product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with failure.
- Excellent documentation skills.
