⚡ What you'll do

• Plan, conduct, and interpret user research and competitor analysis
• Create prototypes and wireframes to conduct usability testing and to inform design decisions
• Work closely with our Chief Product Officer, contributing strategically and playing a key role in the product development process

🎯 What we're looking for

• Excellent problem-solving and design-thinking skills to accurately capture user needs and translate those into design principles
• Solid understanding of Figma
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address dynamic, complex problems early
• Desire to work with or experience working with small teams in an agile, startup environment
