- Plan, conduct, and interpret user research and competitor analysis
- Create prototypes and wireframes to conduct usability testing and to inform design decisions
- Work closely with our Chief Product Officer, contributing strategically and playing a key role in the product development process

- Excellent problem-solving and design-thinking skills to accurately capture user needs and translate those into design principles
- Solid understanding of Figma
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address dynamic, complex problems early
- Desire to work with or experience working with small teams in an agile, startup environment
