Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Process Automation and Intelligent Document Processing products
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer and business needs
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities
- Work closely with engineering to prioritize features, define requirements, and ensure timely delivery
- Own key metrics, analyze data, and iterate based on customer feedback and performance insights
- Collaborate with design and UX teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences
- Influence executive leadership and stakeholders by communicating product vision and progress
- Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence in product management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years at a senior level
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products
- Strong technical acumen with experience working with engineering teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Experience with IDP, RPA, Process Automation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required)
