• Ideate, shape and build new product features, working closely with design, business, and customer success.
• Contribute to Passionfroot's architecture, technology, and stack.
• Lead new projects from idea to implementation, thoughtfully balancing quality and speed.
• Help us scale the team and practice - we are always looking to improve how we work.
• Mentor other members of the team

Job requirements

🌟 You as a Senior Product Engineer

• You are a TypeScript expert and are comfortable working on the full stack. You have working experience with Node, and React and are excited to learn Remix.
• You are comfortable designing architectures and building new features from the ground up.
• You have experience working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup or scaleup.
• You're a great communicator in both spoken and written English. You're comfortable discussing your work with various stakeholders and articulating your technical decisions. You're open to receiving feedback and comfortable with regularly providing yours.
• You take pride in writing well-documented and well-tested code and are excited to help us improve our testing practice
• You are curious and excited

💬 About the process

We are committed to providing the best experience to all applicants. Our process is short and doesn't involve take-home challenges: we are as invested as you are!

1. Intro & cultural fit call with Jens (up to 30 min)

2. Interview with Lorenzo (up to 1h)

3. Technical interview with the Engineering team (up to 1h)

4. Offer stage

At the offer stage, you may want to speak to more of the team, see a demo, or speak with one person from our extended advisory network.

Everyone who completes at least one of the above stages will be asked to provide feedback on the overall process.
