Responsabilities
- Lead the full product development lifecycle for key consumer and institution facing features that impact our core business across ideation, technical development, and launch
- Qualitatively research and quantitatively analyze data to develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users and their needs. Use this knowledge to identify new opportunities for features and improvements
- Drive team execution by defining roadmaps, speccing out features, and working with engineers and designers to ship products - Ensure accountability and measure success for key objectives by defining KPIs Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced and fluid startup environment
- Strong product instincts - you understand what people want and how to craft an experience that meets their needs
- Ruthless prioritization - you zero in on what matters and ship quickly in order to learn and iterate
- Creative problem solver - able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions
- Strong qualitative research and quantitative analysis skills
- Engineering knowledge and/or experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Location: New York City or San Francisco. Remote is also acceptable within the United States.
