Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap for user-facing trading products within Binance. This includes, but not limited to products like trading bot, copy trading, trading experience etc.
- Conduct market research, user analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and inform product direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver clear, actionable product specifications.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle β from ideation and prototyping to launch, testing, iteration, and performance optimization.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to improve the user experience; work closely with customer service teams to identify pain points and translate insights into product improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering user-centric products from concept to launch.
- Educational background in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines; a quantitative finance background is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of trading products, with hands-on experience in financial derivatives and/or social trading platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Bilingual with both English and Mandarin is a must to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
