Role Overview
Granicus is looking for a skilled Manager, Product Management who is deeply interested in software and its impact on democracy, citizen engagement, and government transparency. This manager will serve as both an internal and external evangelist for the solutions that Granicus offers.
Responsibilities
- Support and lead a team of engineers, product owners, and designers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project tracking for 4 scrum teams, focusing on concept attainment and identifying key performance indicators.
- Lead and manage Product Owners & Managers in effective program increment planning.
- Promote operational excellence of product backlogs and releases across value streams.
- Facilitate effective communication among product management, engineering, cloud, support, and customer success teams.
- Act as a mentor and resource for the product team members.
- Participate in continuous improvement practices within the Product Management domain.
About You
- Experience leading Product Owners and managing remotely dispersed teams.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Fluency with JIRA and Aha! tools.
- Experience with marketing automation and digital engagement platforms is a plus.
- Ability to build business cases and financial models.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work within agile environments.
