Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the strategic roadmap for the web experience, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand identity, and customer lifecycles.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to drive innovation.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset, leveraging research, insights, and data to optimize user experiences.
  • Define success metrics, track key product performance indicators, and iterate based on data insights.
  • Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, high-impact features.
  • Partner with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver a cohesive and engaging web experience.
  • Align web strategies with marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Utilize analytics and experimentation to refine the user journey and conversion funnel.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize features and continuously improve the web experience based on measurable outcomes.
  • Grow, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent with a strong track record in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of web-based products.
  • In-depth knowledge of web technologies including direct experience with front-end or back-end web development technologies and APIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of user experience principles and product lifecycle management.
  • Proven track record in optimizing key performance metrics such as engagement, conversion, and retention to drive product success.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to uncover product opportunities, inform strategic decisions, and measure impact.
  • Hands-on experience in testing and scaling products with a focus on experimental precision and a data-driven approach to optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, product marketing, and growth marketing, to align on a unified product vision.
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Skilled at breaking down complex strategies into clear, actionable roadmaps and requirements, while regularly presenting progress and updates to senior leadership.
