Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Operations Manager to develop project strategies, timelines, and streamlined workflows for brand and product design projects & initiatives.
- Independently manage mid-scope projects from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with team goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify and coordinate with the creative operations manager to mitigate any potential risks or issues.
- Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Lead regular project status meetings, providing updates on progress, addressing challenges.
- Assist in managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation for easy reference.
- Contribute to project retrospectives by tracking key milestones.
- Shape processes and workflows, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Share industry trends, insights, and best practices to elevate expertise.
- Cultivate strong relationships within the team and across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing creative projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Slack, Trello, and Notion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Adaptable, flexible, and capable of responding to change.
- Familiarity with product design processes, UX/UI principles, and design thinking methodologies.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and design excellence.
