Role Overview
Octopus Deploy sets the standard for Continuous Delivery, empowering software teams to deliver value in an agile way. We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead our growth and enablement initiatives. This role is central to shaping the way users learn, activate, and realize the value of the GitOps Cloud product.
Responsibilities
- Own the first-touch experience that sets the tone for how users adopt with GitOps Cloud.
- Lead our onboarding and enablement strategy—from the moment users sign up, through setup, in-product education, and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and external partners to craft a seamless and impactful user journey.
- Drive product-led growth in a developer-first, B2B SaaS environment.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of driving impact.
- Experience leading complex, technical B2B products.
- Owned growth-oriented initiatives like onboarding or activation.
- Passionate about helping users succeed and reducing time-to-value through product experiences.
- Data-driven and experimental, using insights to inform decisions.
- Collaborative across teams, aligning stakeholders and pushing execution forward.
- Bring creativity, empathy, and simplicity to user interaction.
- Hands-on experience exploring and improving the product for user empathy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Led or contributed to the creation of documentation and enablement content.
- Worked on developer-facing products with an understanding of DevOps workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud-native tooling or Kubernetes.
- Explored or implemented AI or automation solutions to enhance user experience.
