Responsibilities
- Guide teams with user insights, support feature refinement, and run feedback sessions to inform development
- Communicate sprint plans, updates, and meeting notes across CX, PMM, and UX
- Prioritize tasks, triage bugs, and align development with business goals
- Set sprint goals, promote continuous improvement, and facilitate planning, refinement, demos, and retrospectives
- Track progress and surface concerns proactively
- Partner with the Product Manager to lead complex projects, coordinate intake/discovery, develop user-centered solutions, and define success criteria for each phase of the product releases
- Help team members move forward by coordinating across teams and conducting targeted research as needed
- Develop specs, write clear user stories, and validate functionality with SMEs and end users
- Define and track KPIs to guide iterations, identify pain points, and improve user experience
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in a Product or Business Analyst role, with a strong cross-functional track record
- Proven leadership in optimizing processes, teams, and customer outcomes
- Exceptional communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
- Skilled in tools like Google Suite, Atlassian, and knowledge management platforms
- Strategic thinker who balances user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
- Proactive, empathetic problem-solver with a drive for continuous improvement
- Strong team player committed to owning and resolving challenges
