Introduction to Woodyjobs.com integration with Ashby

How to use the integration
If you are using Ashbyβs ATS, the integration allows you to post up to two jobs for free per month and reach a highly targeted pool of 8,000+ talent. When you draft your job on Ashbyβs ATS, you can decide to:
- Share your jobs on Third-Party Job Boards which automatically includes Woody.
- Share your job specifically on Woody by selecting it in the Job Boards list.
- When your job is published on Ashby's ATS, I personally review and validate each job to ensure quality. A job that has nothing to do with the audience will not be published.
- Once validated, your job is automatically shared across our social media channels, partner communities and our weekly job alert.
Posting more than two jobs/month is a paid feature, you can learn more here or reach out directly.
What happens if I wish to mark a job as closed?
We built the integration so that we consider job updates. If you decide to close a job, it wonβt appear in Woody's feed. Please note that the page will still exist, but will not be searchable by candidates.
