What you'll do at Deel:
- Create digital layouts for web, infographics, data visualization, and UI elements such as buttons, icons and forms.
- Create templates and contribute to the visual library.
- Collaborate with the senior visual designer, the copywriters, and the website stakeholders, on establishing the most optimal designs.
- Stay on top of the visual design trends by conducting competitor analysis.
- Design the interactive properties of different UI elements.
- Create wireframes and prototypes.
- Hand designs off to developers, and conduct a design QA.
Some key qualification:
- A degree in graphic design or similar
- 3+ years of experience working within web design (ideally including B2B experience)
- A great design portfolio that showcases a knowledge of graphic design principles, layout, and UI elements
- An enthusiastic self-starter who not only listens to the directions but who also proposes proactive ideas
- Expert knowledge of Figma
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Great communication skills and fluency in English
