Responsibilities
- Design real-time, live digital experiences that create emotional impact for fans worldwide.
- Lead creative exploration and visual direction workshops transforming insights into rich UI concepts.
- Build high-fidelity interfaces across multiple squads ensuring intentional and effortless design.
- Evolve and maintain scalable design systems across platforms and products.
- Use data, fan behavior, and accessibility principles to inform intuitive and inclusive visual decisions.
- Shape the visual direction of the business, innovate, elevate design standards, and inspire creativity.
Requirements
- Expertise in Figma with mastery of high-fidelity UI design and maintaining scalable design systems.
- Deep knowledge of design system principles, component libraries, and scalable visual frameworks.
- Pixel-perfect visual craft with understanding of layout, typography, motion, and responsive design for Web, iOS, and Android.
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for collaboration with engineers.
- Experience with motion design or micro-interactions is a plus.
- Ability to lead UI direction across multiple squads ensuring consistency and quality.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to present design strategies confidently.
- Leadership experience mentoring designers and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
