Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of a digital healthcare platformβs website and core web experiences.
- Revamp mobile application design including mobile-first and responsive design.
- Ensure designs meet industry standards for conversion optimization.
- Turn high-level requirements into clear designs.
- Communicate effectively with leadership about design ideas.
- Design systems with a focus on accessibility and trust-building UX patterns.
- Collaboration with offshore or distributed engineering teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of senior-level UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proven experience leading website or platform revamps.
- Exceptional visual design, UX, and interaction design skills.
- Strong analytical and product-thinking mindset.
- Experience designing in regulated or high-trust domains.
- Deep expertise in Figma and scalable design systems.
- UX analytics literacy, understanding drop-offs and funnels.
- Strong frontend awareness without requiring coding.
- Experience in healthcare, telemedicine, or MedTech platforms.
- Familiarity with UX writing and content strategy for healthcare.
