Job Description
Design end-to-end user experiences for our agentic AI product from early discovery and research through to polished interfaces. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to translate technical capabilities into meaningful user journeys. Prototype and test interactions that make the platforms AI behaviours transparent and visually aesthetic. Establish and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability. Champion the user - making sure every visual detail reflects the seamless intelligence and functional excellence of our product. Contribute to the product vision, helping define what human-AI collaboration should feel like.Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally for SaaS or complex tech products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating intuitive, user-centered design solutions with experience in creating user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
- Skilled proficiency in design tools such as Figma and other prototyping tools and modern design systems.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and information architecture.
- Comfortable with user research, usability testing, and iterative design.
- Excellent communication skills - you can present design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Natural curiosity & interest in working with data-driven applications or visualisation tools and about human-AI interaction, autonomy, and ethical design.
- Experience designing for AI-driven or data-rich interfaces (agentic systems, chat interfaces, dashboards, or assistants are a plus).
