Job Description
- Own the end-to-end visual design of assigned modules, features, and experiences.
- Create, evolve, and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Ensure pixel-perfect UI execution, brand consistency, and high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to balance aesthetic impact with usability and performance.
- Lead visual design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement.
- Design for multiple modes and contexts, including light/dark themes.
- Provide guidance on visual design best practices within cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (Masterโs preferred).
- 5โ8 years of proven experience as a Visual Designer or UI Designer in product or digital design.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end visual design ownership of features/modules.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools.
- Experience in design system creation and maintenance.
- Deep understanding of UI detail, pixel precision, brand identity, and its impact on UX/performance.
- Knowledge of frontend implementation constraints and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.

- Expertise in motion and interaction design for engaging experiences.
- Experience conducting design thinking workshops or ideation sessions.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
