Job Description
- Design with Impact โ Create elegant, modern, and user-centric designs in Figma, with a deep focus on usability, aesthetics, and consistency.
- Prototype in Framer โ Build interactive, high-fidelity prototypes in Framer to bring ideas to life and test user flows.
- Convert Designs to Code โ Translate your own Figma designs into clean, responsive HTML/CSS to support rapid development and prototyping.
- Define UI Systems โ Develop scalable design systems and UI libraries for use across our product ecosystem.
- Collaborate Closely โ Work hand-in-hand with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals and technical feasibility.
- User Testing & Feedback โ Help conduct usability testing, collect user feedback, and iterate quickly to improve experiences.
Requirements
- Figma Mastery โ You have strong expertise designing end-to-end user interfaces and components in Figma.
- Framer Proficiency โ You can build compelling interactive prototypes and product experiences directly in Framer.
- HTML/CSS Skills โ Youโre able to bring your designs to life in the browser with responsive, semantic, maintainable code.
- Design Systems Mindset โ You can think in systems, ensuring consistency across components, states, and platforms.
- Mobile & Desktop Awareness โ You know how to craft interfaces that feel right on any screen size.
- Pixel-Perfect Mentality โ You obsess over spacing, alignment, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Fast & Iterative Approach โ You love refining ideas quickly and working in sprints.
