Tasks
- Design landing pages, decks, social media visuals, and paid ad creatives in line with Caizβs brand identity
- Turn complex topics into simple, effective infographics and visual explainers
- Create and manage Canva templates for team use across content formats
- Design in correct formats and dimensions for Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social channels
- Build out basic brand elements like color palettes, logo options, and visual systems
- Work in Figma and Framer to deliver web-ready design systems and UI components
- Use Notion to manage visual tasks, collaborate on content, and follow the content calendar
- Stay informed about trends in design, fintech, and Web3 to keep visuals fresh and relevant
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, visual UI/UX design, or brand designβpreferably within Crypto/Blockchain
- Strong experience in Figma, Canva, Framer, and working knowledge of Notion
- A portfolio that shows modern, Web3/Fintech-centric design for digital platforms
- Experience designing across web, mobile, social media, and paid ad platforms
- Ability to simplify and visualize complex content into easy-to-understand layouts and visuals
- Solid understanding of branding basics, typography, logos, palettes, layout systems
- Familiarity with design trends in fintech, crypto, and emerging tech
- Comfortable working with content, marketing, and product teams
- Bonus: Experience in startups, fintech, or Web3 ecosystems
- Bonus: Animation or motion graphics (even light touch) is a plus
Level of studies
- Bachelorβs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
