Job Description
Own the end-to-end design and delivery of high-impact projects (branding, web design, product design, ad creatives). Manage a portfolio of 3–5 international clients with full autonomy, aiming for a client satisfaction score above 90%. Deliver 98%+ of all tasks within our promised fast-paced deadlines (48–72 hours). Connect and justify every design decision to a measurable business outcome for the client (conversions, clicks, retention). Act as a strategic partner for our clients, not merely an executor.Requirements
- Non-negotiable Figma mastery: you build and maintain complex design systems with ease.
