Job Description
Conduct discovery processes and problem understanding, turning data, research, and user needs into actionable insights for the team (e.g., interviews, benchmarking, metrics analysis). Design end-to-end solutions, from flows and wireframes to final high-fidelity interfaces, ensuring consistency with the design system and usability standards. Actively collaborate with PMs, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, align expectations, and ensure clear, consistent, and technically feasible deliveries. Conduct usability testing and continuous validations, proposing improvements and refinements based on evidence to enhance user experience quality. Support the maintenance and evolution of the Design System, ensuring governance, best practices, and product scalability. Digital-first mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.Requirements
- Experience with digital design tools (Figma as primary), including creating prototypes, libraries, components, and documentation.
- Strong command of UX and UI fundamentals: usability, information architecture, user-centered design, usability testing, and accessibility best practices.
- Ability to conduct user research and data analysis, turning findings into opportunities and design decisions.
- Strong cross-disciplinary collaboration skills, working closely with PMs, Engineers, and other teams to define requirements and validate solutions.
- Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
- Degree in Design, UX, Product, Technology, or related fields (bachelorβs, short courses, or specializations).
- Certifications in UX, research, design systems, or applied AI are a plus.
