Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions
- Conduct user research to understand pain points, behaviors, and requirements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and workflows
- Design responsive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Ensure consistent design across platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and design systems
- Test designs for usability and gather feedback to improve the user experience
- Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and scalability
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain industry best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma & Canva
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create pixel-perfect designs and high-fidelity prototypes
- Experience with user research techniques, such as usability testing, surveys, and interviews
- Ability to create user personas, journey maps, and task flows
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for collaboration with developers is not a must but a nice to have
- Understanding of responsive and adaptive design
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for solving user problems creatively
