Job Description
- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile products
- Create UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs for new features and enhancements
- Design and refine interfaces for AI-powered features, including chatbots and agentic systems
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are applied across all designs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment
- Maintain and evolve design systems, guidelines, and documentation
- Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and design discussions
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a UI/UX Designer role
- Strong expertise in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Experience designing AI-powered features, including chatbots or intelligent/agentic systems
- Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design solutions
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Ability to collaborate closely with product, business, and engineering teams
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Abstract, and Miro
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to support effective collaboration with developers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Availability to work according to EST timezone (9 am - 5 pm EST) (14:00-22:00 CET)
