Job Description
- Gather and evaluate user or business requirements in collaboration with product team, marketing, and developers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, elements, menus, tabs and widgets
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Works closely with Frontend team for interactions & micro-interactions of a website and ensure that UI & layout is following the mock-ups
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
- Collaborating effectively with product, developers, and other stakeholders
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
- Review website and app products to assure that user flow is followed and UI elements are correctly implemented of designs before and after launch
- Works closely with Front-end team for interactions & micro-interactions of a website and ensure that UI & layout is following the mock-ups
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Proficiency in Figma is a must
- Knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- Knowledge in HTML & CSS is a plus
