Job Description
Lead cross-functional discovery workshops and conduct deep-dive stakeholder interviews. Conduct user research and synthesize findings into structured lifecycle and workflow models. Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and breakdowns to propose innovative solutions. Design operational workflows and intuitive UX/UI interfaces specifically within Figma Make. Ensure all design outputs are cleanly structured for seamless ingestion into Emergent/AI tools. Collaborate with AI Leads and Integration Leads to validate the technical feasibility of designs. Advocate for usability and adoption within complex B2B environments. Translate qualitative insights into clear, actionable requirements and flows.Requirements
- Advanced experience in UX/UI design for heavy-duty operational or enterprise workflows.
- Mastery of process mapping and journey mapping techniques.
- Proficiency with design tools, specifically Figma Make and Miro.
- A strong "systems awareness" of CRM, CPQ, and ERP environments.
- The ability to identify AI-enabled workflow opportunities while respecting data constraints.
- Proven track record of creating implementation-ready designs that require minimal rework.
- Excellent workshop facilitation skills and the ability to align stakeholders.
- A senior consultant profile with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
