Job Description

Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes based on real user needs and business goals. Validate concepts through rapid prototyping and usability testing, ensuring ideas translate into meaningful experiences. Shape product requirements and user insights into actionable, thoughtful designs that balance usability, scalability, and impact. Leverage AI technologies to accelerate ideation, enhance user research, and bring personalization into the product lifecycle. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in an agile environment to bring features from concept to launch. Own and maintain our scalable design system across all touchpoints, ensuring visual and interaction consistency. Drive innovation and experimentation by staying ahead of the latest trends in UX, accessibility, and design tooling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong track record of delivering intuitive, high-impact digital products.
  • Prior experience designing SaaS platforms, ideally within B2B and for enterprise customers.
  • Hands-on proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, design tokens, and prototyping.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates user-centered, interactive design across modern web and responsive applications.
  • Knowledge of CSS frameworks and experience collaborating with Angular front-end teams.
  • Experience in creating, evolving, and managing design systems.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to transform feedback and insights into user experiences that drive measurable growth.
  • Strong empathy for users, and a clear understanding of product usability and psychology.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for innovation and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
