Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing and functional websites for clients
- Design and build websites from scratch in Webflow
- Create high-fidelity designs and wireframes in Figma
- Work with account managers to understand client goals and deliver on time
Requirements
- 3+ years of web design experience with Webflow projects in your portfolio
- Figma expert: wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems
- Webflow expert: CMS, animations, responsive breakpoints, built from scratch
- Design systems experience: you have built component libraries, style guides, or brand systems that scale across multiple projects
- Strong design fundamentals: typography, color, spacing, layout, visual hierarchy
- Digital marketing assets: ads, emails, social graphics - you know platform sizes and formats
- Good English communication: you can explain your design decisions clearly in writing and on calls
