Description
- Our GSW team is looking for a visually driven Freelance Senior Experience Designer to create compelling digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms.
- This role blends strong design craft, motion, and interaction to bring ideas to life through polished, user‑centered executions.
- You’ll concept, design, and refine end‑to‑end digital experiences—working closely with UX, development, and copy partners to ensure work is beautiful, intuitive, and build‑ready.
What You’ll Do
- Design visually engaging digital experiences for healthcare professional and patient audiences
- Create concepts, layouts, prototypes, and animations that communicate interaction and intent
- Present design work and articulate the “big idea”
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver seamless, scalable solutions
- Build and maintain component libraries and design systems
What You Bring
- 4+ years' of digital or visual design experience
- Advertising agency experience is required. Pharma agency a plus
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design craft for digital projects
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, XD, Sketch, and motion/prototyping tools
- Strong command of typography, layout, branding, and design systems
- Experience with 3D or immersive design (three.js) a plus; Unity a bonus
Compensation
- 145k-145k USD
