Job Description
- Design, iterate, scale, and enhance Software Products, Apps, and Platforms based on Client Needs, Business Requirements and development
- Communicate complex topics clearly, in language that can be easily understood by clients
- Define, refine, and document Best Practices that enable excellent team performance
- Create design systems that can be applied to the whole project and align with customer branding
- Create user flows and presenting those flows to the team and customers
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and processes
- Communicate to developers and other team members your ideas clearly and collaborate with the whole development team
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional application design experience
- Strong experience working with business and technical teams to design business applications, websites, and design systems utilizing Figma
- Skilled at designing responsive web experiences and mobile apps
- Experience as a consultant, contractor, or fractional designer
- Comfortable balancing strategic discovery with handsβon execution
- Organized, proactive, and responsive in a remote environment
